Meli Honey Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
1 packet of frozen acai puree
1/2 banana (for blending)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or any fruit of choice)
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup granola
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
Fresh fruit for topping (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, or any fruit you like)
For the Meli Honey Drizzle:
2 tbsp Meli Honey
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Blend the Acai Base:
In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, banana, frozen blueberries (or fruit of choice), and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Assemble the Acai Bowl:
Pour the blended acai mixture into a bowl, smoothing it out with a spoon.
Top the Bowl:
Arrange your choice of fresh fruit on top of the acai mixture. You can use sliced bananas, blueberries, strawberries, or any other fruit you prefer. Add granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes for an extra crunch and texture.
Make the Meli Honey Drizzle:
In a small bowl, mix the Meli Honey with the lemon juice (if using) until well combined.
Drizzle with Meli Honey:
Drizzle the Meli Honey mixture generously over the top of your acai bowl.
Serve:
