Garlic Prawns Marinated in Meli Honey

Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns (peeled and deveined)

  • 2 tbsp Meli Honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, combine Meli Honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to create the marinade.

  2. Marinate the Prawns:

    • Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let the prawns marinate in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes (or longer for more flavour).

  3. Cook the Prawns:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.

  4. Garnish and Serve:

    • Once the prawns are cooked, remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped pars.
