Garlic Prawns Marinated in Meli Honey
Ingredients:
500g prawns (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp Meli Honey
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine Meli Honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to create the marinade.
Marinate the Prawns:
Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let the prawns marinate in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes (or longer for more flavour).
Cook the Prawns:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them.
Garnish and Serve:
Once the prawns are cooked, remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped pars.
