Berry Cinnamon Smoothie with Meli Honey

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any of your choice)

  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Meli Honey

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Smoothie:

    • In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.

  2. Sweeten with Meli Honey:

    • Add the Meli Honey to the smoothie and blend again until well incorporated. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few extra berries or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
