Berry Cinnamon Smoothie with Meli Honey
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any of your choice)
1/2 banana (for creaminess)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Meli Honey
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
Sweeten with Meli Honey:
Add the Meli Honey to the smoothie and blend again until well incorporated. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few extra berries or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
